Cleveland Photo Fest’s 2022 International Exchange!

The Cleveland Photo Fest invites you to participate in an International Photography Exchange Exhibition with Len’s School of Photography, New South Wales, (Sydney), Australia.
Here’s how it works:
In conjunction with an exhibition provided by Len’s School, the Cleveland Photo Fest will select 30 images from those received in response to this Call for Entries. You may submit up to three images per person for consideration. Subject matter: Metaphorical Mirrors and Windows.
DEFINITION OF TERMS:
A Mirror is a romantic expression of the photographer’s sensibility as it projects itself on the things and sights of this world.
A WINDOW is the medium through which the photographer explores the exterior world in all its presence and reality.
Accepted photographs will be printed by the photographer. We will deliver the photographs to Len Metcalf for a 2022 exhibition this Fall in an Australian exhibition (gallery TBD).
ALL selected images will be given to the Australian participants in exchange for their images which will be exhibited at the Bay Arts Gallery, Bay Village, Ohio from mid-August through early September (subject to extension).
Participants in this project will be allowed to select one image from the MMW exhibition for their personal enjoyment.

PARTICIPATION FEE:
Selected photographers will pay a non-refundable $25.00 participation fee immediately upon acceptance. If the fee is not received within five days of acceptance, the photographer will not be included in the project.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: SEPTEMBER 1st, 2022
DELIVERY OF WORK: ALL WORK MUST BE DELIVERED to the CPF by SEPTEMBER 15th, 2022. Any work not delivered by that date will not be included. There will be NO refund of the participation fee. If you can’t make it on that date and location, contact Herb Ascherman at [email protected] for arrangements

FAQ:
ALL images must be taken the by submitting photographer within the past 3 years.
Images may be black and white, or color.
Any photographic medium is acceptable, as long as the image is TWO DIMENSIONAL.
MAXIMUM size of the paper: 11 x 14 inches.
Photographs are unmounted and unframed.
